It’s recommended to stage the home when it’s vacant. This allows for a cleaner, more spacious presentation that enhances the property’s appeal to potential buyers. How does staging process work?

We begin with a walk-through of the whole house with the critical “buyer’s eye.” We make recommendations room by room such as: paint palette, decluttering, re-organizing any existing furniture and decor, minor home improvements (such as lighting, cabinet hardware), curb appeal and more. We give you a quote and schedule the stage date.
